5. The Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001

In accordance with section 43B of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) PRDAM is registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (registration number 58460) on 07/10/2022.

PRDAM’s appointed Anti-Money Laundering Officer is Bruce Richards.

6. Companies And Intellectual Property Commission

7. Crypto Asset Service Providers

PRDAM is a digital asset management firm providing financial services as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). PRDAM falls under the exemption described under the FSCA Communication 30 of 2022 (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) (FAIS) “Publication of Declaration of a Crypto Asset as a Financial Product and Accompanying Exemption Notices” published on 19 October 2022 (“the Declaration”). As stated in the Declaration PRDAM will continue to provide financial services concerning Crypto Assets and commits to applying for the relevant license between 1 June 2023 and 30 November 2023.
